Who Is Responsible
Get Active 'N Play, a registered Ontario non-profit based in Toronto, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. "GANP", "we" and "us" mean Get Active 'N Play.

- What you send through program, Sportswall, volunteer, gear or contact forms

- To improve our website and programs
- To keep people safe and keep proper records

Asking about a program does not put you on a marketing list.
Services We Use
Parts of this website run on outside services, including Formspree, Google Analytics, Donorbox, Facebook, WhatsApp, Discord, Instagram, YouTube, Teachers Pay Teachers and Etsy. When you use one of them, its own privacy policy and terms apply too. Payment providers handle card and bank details. GANP never receives or stores full card or bank numbers.
Analytics And Cookies
We use analytics to see which pages people visit and what they click. It may record device type, browser, rough location and clicks. We never put form answers, private messages or sensitive details into analytics.
Children And Youth
GANP Games and GANP community groups are for adults 18 and up. Kids take part in GANP through school programs, with their teachers. Our forms are for adults. When a parent or teacher sends us a child's Story Challenge, we ask only for a first name and grade, never a surname, email or address.
How Long We Keep It
Only as long as we need it for the reason you gave it, an active relationship, or legal, insurance and accounting rules.
See, Fix Or Delete It
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete what we no longer need.
Email Updates
We only send updates people ask for. Every general email has a way to unsubscribe.
Changes
We may update this notice when our website, programs or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
