What Are Sportswalls?

Sportswalls are realistic sport nets painted on an outdoor wall and surrounding ground area to mimic real sport courts, such as volleyball, hockey and even tennis. It turns plain school playground areas into actual sport zones where anyone can come play their favourite sports.

Why Do I Need Sportswalls At My School?

Reversing the obesity epidemic requires a long-term, well-coordinated approach to reach young people where they live, learn, and play, and schools have an important role. With kids in school from 8 am to 3:30 pm, having access to play their favourite sports before, during and after school outside can increase their sports/team skills, health and fitness levels.

Sportswalls Can Be Used For:

Math class (using courts with numbers)

After school programs

Daily physical activity

Gym classes

Intramural leagues

Fundraisers

Play days

Schools where students exercise each day, played extra sports and saw overall scores climb by 18 per cent over two years in reading, writing and math, compared to about 4 per cent for similar schools who don't promote physical activity
